Eau de Parfum
DRY. HERBACEOUS. POWDERY
Arbolé takes its name and spirit from Federico Lorca's poem, which begins with the line "tree, tree, dry and green." Imagine a lazy summer afternoon somewhere in the hinterland of Ibiza: a dry, salty wind blowing through the trees and a trace of incense floating in the air. It's a romantic fragrance with a vintage touch.
It opens with an explosion of earthy patchouli that slowly blends with rich cedarwood and velvety sandalwood. Vanilla and tonka bean anchor the fragrance and provide a soft, powdery base.
Did you know?
Merchants traveling along the Silk Road packed their silks with patchouli, as its scent is a natural moth repellent. At the time, patchouli could be considered a luxurious fragrance—the scent of silk.
Patchouli, Cedar, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Tonka Bean
Key materials
– Patchouli: a versatile material with many facets: pungent, warm, green, earthy, sometimes even sweet and musky.
– Sandalwood: both warm and fresh, sandalwood brings a smooth and creamy finish to the composition, here a velvety texture.
– Tonka bean: Tonka can be rich, sweet, and almondy. Here, with a little help from vanilla, it creates a powdery, soft landing for the fragrance.
