Are the products authentic?
Yes, all our perfumes are authentic and come directly from partner brands.

Is it necessary to subscribe to buy a perfume?
No, you can buy a perfume in its 8 ml travel size or the perfume in its original size without needing to subscribe. However, the subscription is more economical and allows you to benefit from the discovery experience as well as exceptional discounts.

Why is a surprise fragrance selected in my calendar?

A surprise scent is automatically selected if you have not filled your calendar before the block occurs 7 days before your subscription anniversary date. However, if this happens, you can always contact us to let us know which scent you would like to receive.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for all subscribers for 8 ml travel bottles.

What should I do if I no longer wish to receive perfumes?
You can pause your subscription by sending an email to info@parfens.com. The maximum break duration is 2 months. During this break period, no withdrawals will be made.

You also have the possibility to unsubscribe by sending an email to info@parfens.com. You must specify in the subject of the email: unsubscribe request and possibly inform us of the date on which you wish to unsubscribe.

In both cases, pause or unsubscription, it will be effective from the following month provided you request it before the 7 days preceding your initial subscription date (anniversary date).

Please note: it is not possible to unsubscribe during the duration of the package for the preferential 6-month and 12-month rates.

Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns of perfumes purchased on our site. To return a product, simply send an email to the address info@parfens.com indicating your wish to return the product within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs related to returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. For the return to be accepted, the product must not have been opened and be in its original packaging.

Once we have received the product, we will check it and issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for 8 ml travel sizes.
